PAAU Students Stand Up Against Politicians’ Misrepresentation

Students of the Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, have asked politicians to leave the school out of politics, insisting that “Prince Abubakar Audu University, PAAU, is not a Glorified Secondary School”. The students made this declaration at a press briefing held on campus. They emphasized that the university has achieved significant success in training competent manpower and conducting research. They also highlighted the university’s accreditation status, postgraduate programs, state-of-the-art facilities, and the achievements of its graduates. The students urged the public not to be misled by false statements and called on the politicians to retract their comments. They concluded by stating that the university’s accomplishments are a result of the support from the Visitor, Governor Yahaya Bello.
