The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, Alhaji Ado Ibrahim, passed away in the early hours of Sunday, October 29, 2023. He was a successful businessman and lived most of his life in Lagos. The late traditional ruler, who was 95 years old, was once the Chairman of Nestle Nigeria PLC. His burial ceremony is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. today in Okene, where he will be given a befitting burial. His death is a big blow to Ebiraland, leaving a void in the entire community. Ado Ibrahim was born on February 7, 1929, and became the fourth traditional ruler of Ebiraland in 1997. Before becoming the Ohinoyi, he had a successful career in business. He completed his education in Okene and went on to work for the United African Company. He later pursued further education and earned a degree in Statistics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard University. Ado Ibrahim married Miss Abimbola Solomon on November 1, 1959.
