Executive Order Signed by Gov. Lawal Prohibiting Traditional Rulers from Issuing Consent Letters for Mining in Zamfara State
The governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, has taken a significant measure in the fight against banditry by signing an executive order that prohibits traditional rulers from issuing consent letters for mining activities across the state.
