Court Rules in Favour of FG and NNPCL in Oil Licence Lawsuit

The Federal High Court in Abuja has ruled on the lawsuit brought by Kaztec Engineering Ltd regarding oil mining licences in Nigeria. Justice N.E. Maha deemed the lawsuit as incompetent and ultimately struck it out, thus providing the Federal Government and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) with a favourable position over oil mining leases for OMLs 123, 124, 126, and 137.
