The Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) is ready to team up with the international community to boost the oil, gas, and mining sectors. NEITI’s Executive Secretary, Dr Orji Ogbonnaya Orji, made this known during a meeting with prominent diplomatic missions in Abuja. NEITI is keen on providing technical assistance, driving governance reforms, and increasing its involvement in Nigeria’s extractive industries. The agency is determined to overcome challenges by collaborating with relevant ministries to promote public engagement and facilitate groundbreaking reforms in the solid minerals sector.
